CAC Diagnostic Case Plan
The CAC Diagnostic Team is led by AACD Accredited technicians and provides the absolute best in functional esthetic case planning. The CAC Diagnostic Case Plan can be completed with either the traditional stone model and wax-up format or in a completely digital design and 3D printed model format. Either modality will offer both the clinician and the patient a pre-preparation physical preview of how the case will look and function once completed, as well as provide a proven system for transferring the case design to the prepared teeth as a functional esthetic provisional.
